As a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Lee Cummings is excited to showcase Stick and Buns, which can be described as “an exhilarating culinary experience that highlights the vibrant flavors of Asian street food”.

Cummings’ has spent the last 10 years honing his craft around the world and has cooked alongside some of the world’s premier chefs in globally recognized cooking completions. Before starting his own private dining company, Cummings previously worked at a fine dining restaurant serving professional athletes and locals.
